8. Trade in accordance with the Age Concern Lincoln preferred Trade Provider Code of Practice

The scheme is supported by both the Lincolnshire Police and Lincolnshire Trading Standards.

In 2006 Lincoln Hearing approached Age Concern Lincoln to explore ways of co - operating together to provide a service to their members, that gave them a degree of comfort / integrity. After a meeting with the then Chief Officer Cheryl Hall, it was agreed that a Preferred Trader Scheme would be established, Lincoln Hearing became the founding member.
